Sahyadri Hospital Hadapsar Pune is organizing a series of six interactive seminars related to women’s health and pregnancy. The first session was focused on health related issues with pre and post pregnancy. The second session will be on 14thJuly’12 between 5 PM to 7 PM and is focused on Diet and Exercise during pregnancy.
Sahyadri Hospital explained that there are lots of factors that should be taken care of during the whole phase of pregnancy, before it and even after it. To avoid any type of complications in the process, they should be careful about their routine of diet, exercise and check-ups.The aim of these sessions is too make women aware on all these subjects so that they can enjoy a healthy and stress free pregnancy and motherhood.
